Final Approval
Approval Process.

After we review your
quotation request and any submitted artwork we will send a quotation
(via e-mail) based upon this information.

At this stage your artwork
has not been digitized. If the quotation is acceptable then let us know
you wish to proceed to the next step by return e-mail. This is not
a commitment to buy. No payment is made yet and you are
only accepting the quote pending your approval of the final embroidery
artwork.

We will then digitize your artwork
and provide a actual size rendering of your embroidery design which will
show the colours and stitching patterns. This is a very accurate
representation of what the final stitched design will look like (see example
at the bottom of this page). This will be sent to you as a jpg image
attached to a e-mail message. Any computer can open a jpg file for
viewing.

If the artwork is acceptable
then reply letting to let us know. By doing so you are now placing an
order and making a commitment to purchase the items according to the
prices and terms provided in the initial quotation. Pre-payment is
required before we start work on your order. See out payment
