Attaching Files to E-mail

If you have not done this before its really quite easy. In the e-mail message window which opens there will be a paperclip symbol or some command called "attach" or "attach file" at the top under one of the drop down menus. Just select this function and then browse to the place on the disk where you have the file stored select the file and click OK (or it might say open). your done !

Now you will see the file in the message as an attachment. You can add more files by repeating the process.

Type any message you want to send with the file in the body of the e-mail.

File formats.

We can take virtually any file you have  (jpg, tiff, bmp, png) are the most common picture formats and it does not matter about the size or quality - we only use this as a guide to make a new digital vector file. (obviously the better the quality the easier it is for us)

If you do not have a company logo file, then just scan your business card or letterhead and send it to us as a pdf file. If you are not sure just send anything you have and we will try to find a way to work with it :)

Look at the two examples below and you can see what we mean :)
