Please complete our simple 4 step by step quotation form so we can provide you a quotation. You are under no obligation to purchase. Please provide as much information as you can, If your not sure about something don't worry if we have any questions we will contact you.

If you are sending us a image please send the file after completing the quotation form using the Submitting Graphics page. (Note. Please read the copyright statement before sending anything to us)

If its only text or a monogram you would like please provide the text copy in the area below and also the desired font (you can specify any Windows font)

If you have no image / picture or file to send us and you would like us to design something for you please give us some idea what you are looking for and tell us any text you want included with the logo / design. Use the artwork description box below.

4. Embroidery Size

We need to get some idea of the size of the design you are looking for, and also the physical position on the product / garment (e.g 80x80mm, shirt left breast) Its important for us to have some idea before designing the embroidery pattern

Note

The largest design size we can accommodate is 200mm x 300mm

Embroidered text is hard to read smaller than 4mm high - try to avoid really small text

When we digitize your artwork you will receive a actual rendering of the embroidery pattern which will show the design / colour and stitching pattern for approval (see example on final approval page). This is for free. If you would like the design stitched out onto a piece of sample material and have us send it to you prior to completing your order please check this box and we will include a line item on your quotation to cover this.
