Returns
Sew and Sew Embroidery takes great pride in the fine custom embroidery we
provide our customers. Our goal to 100% customer satisfaction and we will
gladly work with you if any problems arise due to the quality of the
finished product. However, please note the following
- Goods to be embroidered are custom ordered and custom embroidered
based on information provided by the customer. Therefore, there are no
refunds or returns on custom embroidered products due to customer errors
in sizing, colour choices, or other customer provided information.
- We will replace goods damaged during shipping. All items are carefully
inspected and packed for shipping. If your purchase becomes
damaged in transit you must: a) Notify us within 7 days of delivery
(please notify us using the contact page) and
return the item(s) within 30 days and b) Immediately notify the Post
office or shipping company driver of any visible damage to the boxes or
shipping packages.
